Has anyone done business with this company before? They are located in Placerville, only about an hour and a half away from me. Wondering if its worth the trip. :fuse:

I dont know anything about the company - other than they donated to Cantina for the 'Con this past year - an event put on by the Dysfunctional Rock Crawlers, with a huge raffle designed to generate funds to keep the Rubicon open and wheelable.

I have, and the customer service is great. They didnt get what i ordered on the ups truck when they were suposta, and sent an employee up to me to deliver the parts! On top of that they are willing to pick up parts from their suppliers to fill orders. Top notch service and a great bunch of guys. and no, i dont work for them in any way.

Haven't done business with them, but I see them when I drive up to Tahoe.
All I can say is that when I saw the sign it seemed someone had taken my two favorite things and made a business out of them.

I wouldn't race over there if you are expecting to see a lot of stuff. They have a few things on display, most is ordered. I haven't had as much luck on the customer service end.
Called me said the guy was on his way back to the shop with my part, drove up and he did not have it, had to go back the next day and pick it up. Guess I don't understand why they said they had it but when I got there they didn't

Well, they have better prices then most places, so I am happy about that. Sorry about the bad luck. Sounds like someone had their wires crossed and gave you bad info.
