When both my kids were born I bought them toy jeeps. My sons first word was jeep and if I ask him to pick a DVD out instead of a disney movie or something like that he goes for the Rockcrawling or Jeep movies everytime.KaHOnas said:...and a big "amen" to that. And he's raising them "Jeep"! Even better.

I made a BFG KM tread pattern paint roller by tracing the tread, reducing it on a copier to 30%, and then cutting it out of a foam roller with an X-acto knife. Then we rolled parallel tire tracks around the room in fun directions. We did the tire tracks in black, over a light earthy tan tone base coat. It'll be hell to cover when the time comes, but it looks great now and the boys love it.
Ummm yeah it is....Ever tried holding a 35 incher above your head rolling out a PERFECT pattern? I tired to roll a pattern using a my tire onto a roll of wall paper...It didn't work that well. Easier to buy a stencil or cut one out of foam.Lore5 said:Why not just use the tire as a roller. Couldn't be that hard
