Jeep down...In need of a flatbed

hey all, I need some help.

I have a Jeep down and out in Buena Vista. I was hoping to pick it up either Saturday or Sunday.

I have secured a tow vehicle, now I just need a trailer. Anyone have one that is willing to give it up for a day? I'd be happy to toss a little money/beer your way.

anyone know of a place I can rent one if need be?

I am in Littleton.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

It isn't mine, it is the wifes Grand (WK). Overheated on Hoosier Pass and I am told it was the result of a dead (zero compression) cylinder 8. Ouch. Seems a little early to have that problem so I just want it back here to get other opinions.

Well crap - if I weren't heading down to Flagstaff this weekend with the trailer, I'd help ya out....... rotten timing huh?

Maybe join AAA? The start up membership fees aren't outrageous, probably cheaper than the tow bill would be without it........ :dunno:

my insurance only covered a tow to the 'nearest capable auto shop' within 75 miles, maybe 50. Anyway, since I gave up the fight in Fairplay, it was either tow it to Buena Vista for free or pay for the tow and get reimbursed up to 50.00. I had NO clue what a tow to Littleton would have been, though looking back it may have been worth it. Lesson learned.

I looked into Triple AAA and they offered the same deal as my insurance company does.

Careful Troy, if I can't get things lined up this weekend, I may hit you up next week
