My dealing thus far over the past two and a half months has been terrible!!! Ordered stock front and rear bumpers on April 2 and they've now told me it owuld be at least another week or so!!

I've called and e-mailed them many times but get no response. Anyone else have this problem with them?

I could not AND will not recommend them to anyone regardless of how good their stuff is!!
 
You are probably the only person on this site that feels that way....
 
I've not ordered anything from them, but from my readings on here they've got probably one of (if not the) best reputations among the vendors on this site. Patience my friend, it will be worth it in the end. :)

You need to just chill out they have moved their shop. Trust me. Their stuff is woth the wait eleduardok had to wait about 2 months for his and if it wasn't for those the sides of his Jeep would have been trashed(same with mine)last weekend. Its worth the wait. They have a lot on their plate at the moment and it sounds like you just ordered at a bad time. You'll appreciate the quality of their product!
 
I've got their stage 2 sliders, and they are tough as nails... they have taken some bone-jarring & teeth-jarring hits... Even get "oooohs" on some of the hits they have taken. They're still straight and so are my rockers and doors.
 
Ordered my bumpers and sliders and it took a touch longer than originally etimated, but that's why it's an estimate. It was right during their move and they recently lost an employee. I only have two complaints: the fairlead mount on the bumper is just two tabs that bolt under the winch, causing my winch mounting bolts to be too short; and two of the bolt holes didn't line up correctly on the rear bumper. Other than that, it's a well made product from a company with great customer service at a great price.
 
first time i have ever heard of a bad JCR sale... EVER
 
I know they have been in a bit of a scramble with the huge move and getting settled in and all... I know at the bottom of their page they say there is a delay on production and shipping and they have a timeframe listed... So as was said before I would be patient a bit longer...

You _CLEARLY_ have not tried very hard to get in touch with them.

There are some vendors here, even a couple of really good ones, who are known to be poor with communication. JCR is NOT one of those vendors.

Sack up, pick up the phone, and call. If they don't answer, which is bloody unlikely, leave a damn message with a name and number and they will call you back.
 
I knew they were crooks! I just knew it! I prayed a set of Sliders would show up for my birthday, its been 2 weeks now, still no sliders!

all they keep saying is, "You have to actually put an order in"

Pff.. they must not answer prayers... Report them to BBB!

JCR was great when i dealt with them. top notch service and top quality product.
 
as far as i have ever herd or seen they are pretty reputable guys. there is always that one person who has an issue. all company's have that but i think you may be the first i have herd complain about them. i know they are members here try a search and pm them see if you get an answer. i am pretty sure they are stand up guys. :thumbup:
 
3 sets of stage 2 sliders from them and not a problem. In fact this thread reminds me that I have some gift certs I won from them that I need to cash in on.

Don right? I am VERY confused by your post... Did you order something else on April 2nd? We have an order from you from May 12th for front and rear stage 3 bumpers? Per our estimate they both should have been done last Tuesday, and they are obviously behind. The front shipped today like I told you on the phone and the rear is waiting on a spindle (we are out and have been waiting for a shipment.)

I apologize for the wait, our move took much longer than anticipated, plus we are short on help.

We are leaving for a wheeling trip to South Dakota on the 19th, and I am just finishing my 609 build, and I haven't even started on my cage... how I love 15 hour days :laugh:
