Whatever, I've own 5 different XJs and lifted every one of them. This one I have now is by far the best one I've ever owned. You all go and get your long arms and fabbed up stuff. I'll stick with my brop brackets and short arms, and still drop 8" coils out on the ground because my front flexes too much.

Still up to the Doc. I'm optimistic that I'll at least head up for Fri night and maybe grab a bitch seat for a Sat. run. So, if you've got an empty seat Sat. I can replace that vid camera for spotting...... but I'm definitely bringing a baseball bat to take care of that tail light.....

With your knee just a few weeks out of surgery, I'll just turn the monitor toward the passenager seat, so that you can spot me with out getting out....:roll:

And if you bat at a tail light I'll bat at the other knee. I spent 400 bucks to get that tail light.

We all know that you couldn't out run me before the surgery, but definality not out running me with crutches.:wierd:

My finger never seems to leave the shift key soon enough to be Daryl. So after a while I started doing it on purpose, just to see if anyone would ever say anything. I even had a prize for the first person to ask about it. (it was claimed three days ago.)

As an update.... The 44 with Detroit is being set up now.... THe flat top knuckles and hi-steer arms are on a Brown truck somewhere between here and North Dakota....

The True hi 9 is in the 9 inch, and as at least one person can guess the 8.8 disk brakes were easiley added to the 9 also....

One of the next moves is to talk to John john about springs......

The 9" is under the Jeep, and I drove it around last weekend. 35's in the rear, and 31's up front looks kinda silly. Hadn't replaced the lost camera at that time, but have now. Here's a quick test shot I took of the 9".

I did find out that there are spacers that need to be added to the 9" for the disk brake conversion. They're on the way here from Currie. The old front axle is now out beside the Jeep. The Acos and the drop brackets(2002) are on the Jeep now.

It's getting there.
