I would say it needs to be driver of record. It can get really sloppy with just any team member. Have your DOR create an account, and someone can do the writing for him!!

The BOD is working on ideas.
You can be sure that the DOR would be required to be a member, but a race report probably could be written and submitted by a designated member of the team.

XJRanger has offered to review ideas and come up with a proposal to the BOD.
