A plasma cutter is hardly the machine you need to cut out extremely detailed designs... If its anything like the plamsas i have. The Plasma i have ill only hold a .035 tolerance while the Laser will hold a .001 tolerance. and yes a redesign of the scorpion would be better.

I'm just waiting to see how much shipping is going to be....I will end up making something similar to the rigid co. to the whole bulk head, and tie in around the frame sides.....I will keep you guys posted.

The design is such that pretty much all the cut edges that show are welded anyway. If you do a good job welding and a little grinding, you will have a nice looking bumper. I will see if I can snag some better shots of the bumper for you folks. I've been half way thinking of converting over to his bumper from my BPI bumper. Chip was trying to post a response but his account is screwed up here on for some reason.

I run one of his steering box braces. Not real fancy, just good and functional. I saw on he did recently with a skull head cut into it. COOOOL

Great minds think alike! I was thinking about a flag, but space is limited, so the flag would have to be simplified. I have been working on some sketches. I should have something soon. The model we ship is blank, no symbol at all.

Yeah, I have intentions to develop a rear bumper. But that project isn't even on the development board yet. :tear: Keep an eye out for the future!

Nope. I do give away prototypes to those who loan me vehicles for development. I have a customer's TJ on hand right now as a matter of fact. However, my XJ test mule works pretty good.
