Insurance question.

We were in an accident about 8 years ago while on vacation in Florida.
The wife suffered a neck injury, she has been taking anti-inflamatory and a couple of other meds. The car insurance has been paying for it under the medical, no problem. Then last month they decide to 're-evaluate' her condition so they send her to a doctor she has never seen, who asks her a few questions, has her bend over a couple of times, today we get a letter that they will no longer cover the meds as they feel her injury was not from the car accident.
Question: How do I shove a hot poker up the insurance companies ass...

We have never had to deal with anything like this before and are at a loss as to how to proceed.

Time to find a junk-yard dog personal injury lawyer. I normally don't have much good to say about those guys, but sometimes they are exactly what you need.
