Currie Ent CurrectLync sys

About a year ago I installed a CurrectLync sys; new ball joints (upper & lower), wheel bearing unit, and steering knuckle on the passenger side. Since then I have experienced two problems.

Problem #1: My steering wanders the road. (Suspect bumpsteer). I know that my caster angle is under 5 degrees (from reading the angle finder I get about 4 degrees following http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAlignment.htm). I plan on correcting this by shortening the UCAs. From the picture I took (see below), I am fairly sure the track bar and drag link are relatively parallel. Suggestions?

Problem #2: The driver side tire is experiencing inner tire wear.

I took an angle finder and placed it atop the upper ball joint. The driver side ball joint is reading 15 degrees tilt inward. The passenger side ball joint is reading 10 degrees tilt inward. From what I can tell, the axle is not bent. Suggestions?

Please forgive the rust, right after I did the install, I moved from NM to the East Coast. I appreciate any suggestions. I am almost to the point of taking it into a shop.

What about new ball joints and a new steering knuckle on the driver side? Anyone think that will fix the camber issue?

Also, notice the lean of the tire in the picture. Looks like a pretty good lean in to me. I'm planning on taking it in to the shop on Monday to get an allignment and some actual numbers.

have you checked the balljoints on that side yet? a loose balljoint will cause all sorts of problems, similar to what you're describing. I highly doubt it's the knuckle, more likely that the C on the end of the axle tube is bent. As mentioned above the adjustable balljoints will help correct for a slightly bent axle tube or C, and your caster angle will make loads of difference in the wandering feeling.
