Dude, there is one stop light in your town,
it is in front of your house,
you need to set an example for Mt. Morris!
OBTW, where exactly is that mouniain?
And Rev, Have a good time!

I am the town example. I only have two broken down vehicles and they are both on the driveway.

Mt. stands for Mount, not Mountain. As far as where is it I don't know where it is. We are technically the second highest point in IL.

The highest point in Mt. Morris appears to be on The South side of E Lincoln, half way between N Clark and S Ogle. The elevation there is 942', this is about 300' shy of the approx 1235' highest point in Il, up near the WI border at Charles Mound. there is a mound on the north side of Mt Morris at the end of Fletcher Ave. its about 930'

:D

THE highest point in Illinois is the Chicago lakefront...

during Weedfest...

The second highest would be the Full Moon Festival...

held every full moon at various undisclosable locations.

First, that freaks me out. That you would put that kind of effort into that.

The north end of Fletcher, I will believe. Its right on the end of the golf course. But down on Lincoln, between Clark and Ogle(one block) can't be the highest point. The lay of the land runs northwest to southeast. With North Fletcher on the NW side of the village.

BTW, my el-cheapo GPS shows 927' standing on the sidewalk in front of the house. About halfway between those two locations.

Another question entirely though is, why were you hanging around the town public housing project? (NW corner of Lincoln and Ogle) If you're in town, stop by and either paint my house or fix my junk, the Sean will shut the hell up.

No work....top of my head. :D

There is a ridge that runs thru town from the NW to the SE. The highest point is on that ridge.

Rev

PS All my info is off a program called Topo. It may or may not be accuarate, trust me....I would not spend that amount of time in Mt Morris without stopping by.

Why would there be?
Nobody wheels in Nebraska.
Apparently, however, there's great web-wheeling there.

I didn't know any one lived in Nebraska.
The only people I have ever seen are people passing through and college kids.
Those humanoids working at truck stops, can they be concidered people?

a few people live in Nebraska - who do you think pays for the stadium to be full?

ive often wondered about truckstop people too - where do they live? there are no houses in sight of the truckstop - and giving the contour line of a map of nebraska - i can see pretty far...

The highest point in Nebraska is Johnson Township, at 5,424 feet above sea level

The lowest point in Nebraska is 840 feet above sea level at the Missouri River in southeastern Richardson County.
