We have the 405 freeway, with a Shell Oil terminal in the background, off to the right of the photo, is a giant ARCO refinery.

i paid 2500 in loans and 1500 out of pocket to live and go to school here
all room and board, tuition, fees, electricity, internet, and heating included in that.
i pay instate tuition here as well as have about 3k per year in scholarships from Northern Californians for Nebraska.
That said - i am going to transfer to Davis next year....
