Be even better if pager went off to the tune of some Nickelback tune and you realized it wasn't your pager but rather the low budget sounds system of a sleezy strip bar and you were getting such an aggressive full on lap dance that you were slipping in and out of consciousness......now THAT would be a good Friday morning wake up call.

2013/14 my big box was stolen and I had to track down all my old tool reps to get printouts of what I had purchased, but still lost as there were many, many tools I had inherited or had gotten when I was younger that I couldn't account for...

For those not on my face land. I sold the jeep today. Not sure if I'm happy about it or not.

In other news, our dumbass tenant wasn't able to be evicted the last time he f'ed up but now has landed himself at a minimum of 2-4 years in jail. He is gone now...But his ex girlfriend is staying. She has actually been very good to deal with and has always paid early, so she is singing a new lease with her parents on it as well. We have been using a lawyer friend locally to help us get it squared away so hopefully that is behind us. She has a restraining order so even if he gets out on parole somehow if he is spotted by a neighbor the police will kindly escort him back to jail.
 
Off to the lake house to start painting the inside....have a buddy with a tree service coming down to help trim up the property to the Corp line and just open up the view some. Gonna be a busy day....but lake season is rapidly approaching!!

Carpet guy will be there May 5th, so I'm hoping to have the tile laid in the bathroom in the next week or two and the wood floors down after that it's doors n trim time.....mmmm trim time:D
