since we are posting pictures of cars,

I got this for Lar. 2016 Fusion.
34 MPG, she will drive this back and forth to work and I will start driving 'Yota around more to save miles on the Ftreefiddy, it has 60,000 miles on it already!
I cashed in life insurance policy I don't need and forgot I had for the down payment, the payment is only $180.00.


So now you can start wheeling the yota since she has the fusion to drive...

thats how I feel about the equinox me and Beth have. It garbage. its getting a cylinder head tomorrow in fact. Only 60k. engine was gone through at 49k. friggin thing burns about a quart, quart and some change per month.

whats going on with the Dart? I've heard they are having some real troubles over there since the buyout.

we bought it new and my wife has put almost all the miles on it. she is very easy on the car. this is the 1.4 turbo automatic. all service done by dealer.

since we bought it....
the "powertrain control module" had to be reprogrammed at 5k miles because the engine might stall at temps under 20*. that was recall
CEL and car wouldn't go above 2k rpm. coil pack had to be replaced at 11k miles
broken rear swaybar link at 29k
at 32k miles the wife said the car shifted into nuetral (without moving the shifter) while driving down the interstate. she had to pull over, turn off the car, put it in park and restart to be able to get into drive again.
at about 35k miles it started to emit a strong "burning" smell when braking. its been taken in numerous times and they never find anything but they refuse to put on new brakes...
headlight failure at 42k
transmission has been acting up. wont always downshift under acceleration and sometimes doesnt want to upshift either. thats been going on since 30k.
now there a recall for the "powertrain control module" that it needs to be outright replaced because of the trans randomly shifting into nuetral without moving the shifter.
and to cap it off, today on her way to work the CEL and RPM limit happened. almost guarantee another coil pack.

JUNK!!!!! what the hell is going on here. Seems that no one can get it right, dodge, GM, VW, toyota. Everything is junk. I feild more phone calls everyday from people who are convinced the dealer is incompetent because their car is broken with the same issues since new.

This list of the brand new cars that are GARBAGE gets bigger everyday. Equinox, traverse, Cruze, dart, Durango, vw anything, Volvo, Camry problems and rotten frames on tundras, the list goes on.

Don't get me wrong, I've been in auto repair a long time, I've seen my share of recalls. From Ford tfi modules to cadilac fuel injection, to problematic VVT systems (pick a brand, they all sucked in the beginning)

Problem just seems to be getting worse.

Make them do the timing chain and tensioners.

or you will get random timing check engine lights.
