Important

Personally my next plow truck will be fuel injected... I have a 86 k10 right now

Just don't restore it, or it'll be a money pit.

And that's not really a high boy, those were '76 and earlier with the divorce mounted t-case.

I guess 140k miles is enough on a serpentine belt.

Don't buy northern and restore. Just buy once and drive.

Unless you really like doing paint and body work.

My '78 was in good shape for around here, but not good enough to paint. By the time I had my buddy weld in cab corners, floors, and some patches on the roof, put on new doors, fenders, bumpers, bed from Texas, and other stuff, with the paint and body work I was probably into it for more than $7500, not counting my time.

Would much rather have just bolted in my built 460 and C6, suspension, tires and updated interior

For offroad use, yeah, the CRV sucks. If I get one, it won't be for offroad use, it will be for getting around town comfortably in snowy conditions. I would keep the Jeep if I still plan on going offroad in the immediate future. If I was to get rid of it, i would eventually get another Jeep down the road (probably a TJ or LJ pending on when is cheaper at that time but not a JK if I can, they are wider then I like).
They still suck. My ex wife had one. They are junk...

Then bring it up north and let it rust to pieces...

mac 'love snow, hate salt' gyvr

I know a guy that just finished a 3 year build.......I bet he would tell you about how he wishes he just would of bought a finished truck from down south and saved time n money. :D

I wonder if our chapter shirts and sweat shirts make us look like a bad biker gang or something. Had a guy stare at me out of the corner of his eye for like 10 minutes while waiting to get on the plane in chicago this past weekend until he finally asked what NAXJA was.

Have you seen me. That would have been like false advertising. Except for maybe the web wheeler part.

A few months ago Sarah and I were eating, I was wearing my wf shirt (yellow one) with a skull on it and a little child said something about the skull (they were sitting in the booth behind me).

I had my buddy's little boy convinced I was a pirate because of the skulls
