if you ever want to fill up your inbox, put an ad up for free scrap metal. i have an old grill and an xj hood that i don't feel like taking to the yard and its in my way. it always amazes me too..."hey i know you said come get it today, but can i come pick it up friday or saturday?" umm...no. now the question is do i haul it to the curb and give them my address or throw it in the back of the xj and meet them at walmart.

If its free i make them come to me, and i wear a pistol to let them know to not return uninvited

I made a pile of scrap fencing and misc metal junk I drug out of the ditch in the front yard hoping someone would steal it in the the middle of the night but it's still there 6 months later. I guess I'll drag it to the backyard until I get enough to make it worth taking to the scrapyard.

That's what my plow truck bed is for. Sadly I have 2 good xcases under a ton of scrap I will have to pull when I go dump it this summer.

I've had guys stop by the house and ask my wife if they could haul off my scrap.

So she made me move my scrap pile.

i throw it all in the bin at work.... i dont have time to run scrap less than 1000lbs, and with steel where its at 1000lbs is still only about 54$

tyler has around 6-8k lbs out back of his shop but its not worth our time to load and run for 5 a hundred

yes, at least for all the major players anyway.

G code for movement and M codes for 3d printing commands like temperature control.
