this truck came in with Warn hub locks on it. the tech couldn't figure out how they came apart so he came to ask if i have ever seen them and knew how to take them apart. so i go out there rip this axle apart, feeling all good because i actually did something at work for once. the Warn was toasted chunks of metal falling out of it and the outer shaft was mushroomed so we sell the guy some new ford lockouts and an axle. the next day the axle comes in i see the kid struggling to put the damn thing in, being the asshole i am i go to give him some shit i yell "need me to put that ****er in for you too" he gives me a pissed off look and tells me if i would have ordered the right one he would be done by now.... apparently dually axle shafts are different.

then trowing the damn thing in the return pile, i hit my self in the face with it. felt like i got punched by a midget.
