Found some hoods at a scrap yard, $550. He's going to look and see if he has any white ones. The quarter fenders are $100 apiece, so I'd have $750 into the whole thing, however I asked me if I could get a better price and he said he would do $700. Won't be this week.

Limited vacation with two vacations that were ten days long forced that this year. Next year I already blocked out the day before and Friday of winter fest to request off at the end of next month. Taking two days off for our anniversary, two weeks after (if everything goes okay) after my child is born. Leaves me eights for the second half of next year. Fourth week of vacation makes things easier.

I'm still on the lookout, I know I can find one with fenders for way less.
The upside is it's not a necessity.
To give it an updated look, and the first truck I drove professionally had that same hood, and I've always hated the look.
