I got promoted 6 years ago. I'm doing an E8's job right now at the biggest squadron on the base. I get paid as an E7 regardless of how hard I work or how lazy I am. I'm just not capable of being a slug.

Flew to CA on Saturday, worked Sunday, flew home today, and most likely flying back again in a couple days. It's about time I make them send somebody else for a couple of trips and I take some time off...

ok., so who knows what the hump between the visors on my new to me 97 is? Is that remote key fob receiver?

cause it would be sweet to program some key fobs to it and get that for winter beater.

it seems to have regular headlamp switch. Two positions, no auto.

this thing is weird. Like all 5 speed late models someone must have ordered it.

I'll snap a picture of it. I've never seen one like it. It looks like a door stop wedge that's bolted to the roof between the visors, but it's full on factory vinyl/screws.

Crazy thing happened today.
My girlfriend from high school's mom died today. She is a 5th grade teacher at the elementary. About 50 years old, no kids at home anymore and husband works out of town. She didn't show up to class today so the school sent the cops to her place and they found her dead. Pretty crazy seeing as she was a very fit lady and in good health.

I want to say on the 97's the key fob sensor was mounted outside the dome light in that clunky thing towards the front. I believe 98+ is when they integrated it into the dome light. I could be wrong though...
