Important

6L3Z-14B004-AA. They seem to be pretty available for now.

excellent. Thanks! Yeah, they're all over ebay from quirk and fairlane motors right now. Apparently they're a super common failure due to corrosion in the harness connector and get replaced all the time.

Did the old part number get superceded by the 004 number or something? I can still find 006s on ebay that claim to fit, and the wiring diagrams from the FSM say 006, but the online parts catalogs seem to all say 004 now. I know CJD part numbers real well but Ford is still somewhat of a mystery to me... all I know is a D8BZ-4241 is a ford 8.8 cross shaft retention bolt and the part numbers for this airbag stuff, and I can recognize the part number 89laredo just gave as a Ford number but no idea what it goes to :dunce:

dibs on the flip forward seat parts.
I never knew how annoying it would be to not have them in the truck.

and since it's the renix, probably some NLA engine sensors, and maybe the head/manifolds if they're not boned.

oh, and the airbox tube, cause I can't find one in the yard that isn't cut up and this RTV plugging the hole in mine really annoys me when I open the hood.

Ok I'll let you know. I shot him the typical offer.

Re: Re: Important

Lol I was on 37" MT/Rs when I shot right through. My easy button now is my zip locker. I LOVE that button!
I was on 33's. Just put the pedal to the floor. We ran that trail together in less than 15 minutes I think. Didn't even have to get out of the Jeep once. Just saying.

Then you'd have loved my shop 5yrs ago. Had 15 header panels and enough lenses for 30 renix jeeps sitting in the loft and barn.

I still have a few good ones like both XJ waggy header/grills(going to the grave with me) and a few others not cracked.

I may have a few air tubes in the back of the barn, if I find one I'll let ya know.

Granted I spun the tubes on my front axle. I made it back to camp and didn't even notice a problem until I was on Crawford's Cry the next day.

Actually I take that back. I spun the tubes last year when I went through the trail in under an hour after the extreme group took 3. I wasn't going to accept that so I blazed through it showing no mercy, with Dan in the passenger seat. Then I came back in for the rescue of J. Now I'm on tons lol.

yeah, the 90 in the yard someone had cut the tube to remove the air box.

cause that little plastic zip clamp the factory used was far too hard to pop off.

I hate morons that destroy good parts taking things at the pull a part.

I'll be in Iowa next week Nate. ..just sayin

Well we got the Jeep back up and running. Still going over a couple things but think we are on the right track. All I did was fix the one fuel power wire, different cam sensor, and remove and clean the crank sensor. Guess we will see what happens. Fingers crossed
