You think we plan to ship out orders show and late? We strive to get orders out as fast as possible, unfortunately we are a small shop still with only two of us currently working here.
If you understood what it took to run a manufacturing shop you to would understand the hurdles we jump though daily. Its not just as simple as getting more guys to jump on it, we have had more then our fair share of machinery slowdowns in the past. If we had to capitol to simply hire more employees we would...
Like I said it really feels like Naxja does not want us here. Maybe we should just move on and forget about you guys, it should would make for a less stressful day. I really see you guys as a bunch of web wheelers that only know how to complain.
I take my first vacation in over 4 years and get to come back to naxja being all whiny...
I think if you're a business that sells XJ parts, it would natural that the majority of complaints about your business would come from the largest group of XJ owners on the Internet. They are your customer base. Who else do you sell XJ specific bumpers, armor and other things too?
My dad owns a small business. I understand the hurdles. The difference between you and him is communication. You're entitled to a vacation, but you own a business. You're on the hook for answering phone calls and emails even when you're not there, or at least making sure someone does when you're gone.
I've watched plenty of people over the years take phone calls in the campground and on the trail because it was a customer. They can go somewhere else if they want to, it's your job to make sure they keep buying your services. I was on top of Moab Rim last year listening to Goatman talk to a customer about steering tube size.
Dan is a frustrated customer that waited over a month for you to ship a product you claim is in stock. He's confused by your website and doesn't order the hardware. When he tries to contact you, he gets no response. His frustration builds to the point that he vents amongst his friends on a chapter forum thread and when you read it, you immediately label him a whiny trouble customer.
The same person that spent $10k on building a jeep last year, can't wait to tell you about the awesome companies he ordered stuff from and generally doesn't have anything bad to say about anyone. Your service was so bad he chose not to do business with you.
So maybe you're right. Maybe we're all a bunch of whiny web wheelers that you don't need. I encourage you to find out. Bet your reputation against our buying power and leave. Vendors don't run this club. There's plenty of places to buy bumpers from.
Good luck with those XJ fan shrouds on pirate.
