Important

A co-worked told me last night that he almost called me recently. He's a guy that I don't see very much cause he works afternoons and I barely know him, so my interested was peaked.

He said that his brother was trading in his 04 Wrangler and just prior to trading it in, the head gasket blew. They only gave him $500 trade in and was going to call me to see if I wanted it.

mac 'I almost started crying' gyvr

I makes me want to cry just thinking about it :'(

Macgyver is only other person to have an issue with the ballance beads, turns out his rims were not concentric to the hub mounting bolt holes.....

Re: Re: Important

anyone else have a problem getting their MTRs to balance correctly?

HoBags balls. Done.

'tis what i have already. 8oz in each tire.

Mine feels fine going down the road

mine is good up to about 55-60, but after that.....

I don't know how many ounces I have in mine, but they run smooth with BriBalls in them.

Like Hoballs said, check to make sure that your rims are true and don't wobble. The cheap knockoff rims that I had were not manufactured right. They were bart rims.

Thankfully the place I bought them took them back. I spent $5 more a rim on unique from discount and got legit rims.

mac 'discount threw in the balence, so no balls yet' gyvr

I'm looking forward to handling brian's balls at the crawl.

The wienerbox will like them.

I can go all day with this.

I forgot to order hobag's balls and my tires arrived and I was in a hurry to put them on. Walmart is too PC to sell airsoft pellets anymore.

So I visited the arts and crafts aisle.

This is the result.

180 grams of lions, whales, dolphins, hearts, fish, elephants, giraffes, and puppies into each tire.

They balanced... okay... I guess. One shakes pretty bad at some speeds. They are probably turning into nasty multicolored plastic dust inside my tires. I'll probably order some balancing balls on my next paycheck if I remember, until then, the dolphins and giraffes will have to do :gee:

Our China Mart still sells Airsoft stuff...my son was trying to talk me into buying him a gun this weekend..

I had to make a stop off at a customer today to inspect a problem part. Cheeseman and Dylan would have creamed themselves. I got a factory tour and watched them form those big curved panels. Always pretty awesome to see that machine work. Too bad they wouldn't allow cameras.
