Important

When I was having problems with mine, I used a 12v drill battery to troubleshoot it on my workbench.

I have done this also... 12v and 18v batteries work just as well, 18 volts is a bit over spec but you're not gonna hurt anything in 30 seconds. And if you did, it was close to croaking anyways and you didn't want it.

I've used them to power up instrument clusters to check the odo before buying a motor, too.

Heck I'm just after the backing plates. Was gonna buy all new calipers and rotors and stuff. Will keep my eyes open for a set for ya kman

It was the Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear axle in the zj's. The backing plates and all will swap over to the 8.25 axle with very little modifications. I believe it was mostly the limited versions that had rear disk brakes

You have to grind the center hole out to clear the axle tube but it's like 15 minutes of work with a die grinder.

R&L Carriers are pissing me off. First, they botched our usual Thursday delivery(always get next day service from Detroit). It's now 12:00 and still waiting for our delivery that we should have gotten yesterday. Tracking number says it's out for delivery, but it should have been here way before now. I also need stuff off the truck and can't do my deliveries until it gets here. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Yes zj stuff I woulda pulled more if I knew peeps needed them.

Looks like rotors are about 15 and pads are about 15. Calipers look good so I'm going to use them.

I was real close to pulling wj stuff for the front. But that swap ends up being more involved than I want to get.
