is anyone familiar with renters rights?
i have been fighting with a ****ing half ass (or as kman would say, "dip ass") apartment complex for the last 5 months trying to get money that THEY OWE ME. ive been punctual with every payment i had to make, and even went through their ridiculous and expensive process of getting out of said lease agreement, finding a sub leaser to take full ownership of my lease agreement. my last month there was not a full month and i had to pay in full i was told that the difference would prorated and returned to me. a supposed check (second check mind you, the first one had to be "canceled") was sent out on 12/11/2013.
please... ive sent stamped envelopes to california in 5 days, this is bull shit. all over ~$100. you people can put $450 chairs in your lobby and leave the price tags on them. shit, give me one of those ****ers.
