Because there is no price on the GA title, the BMV requires a special affidavit filled out with the information, much like a bill of sale...but they dont take a bill of sale anymore...
So, I had to fill it out and fax it to the prior owner and he signs it and sends it back...
Without that form, they would charge me sales tax on the book value...

in that pic i am smoking a butt in a huge thunder storm just before a big party. i thought it was cool seeing all the smoke pouring our of the grill during the storm.
i think my favorite part of the smoking is the fact that when i do it, i have the grill going at 4 in the morning. before you know it my whole neighbor hood smells like BBQ.
