got pre approved for the house today...secretly filling out paperwork at work to put an offer in on this one:

has a half acre yard in the back...a 2 car garage, shed and a full workshop in the basement. the permits are pretty loose in town too...should have no trouble putting up a shed in the back yard eventually....if you look at the birdseye view on the map you can see the parcel for the yard. holding my breath and crossing all my fingers and toes

Cause its non turbo, rediculously loud straight piped (I drove it around the block after I cut the pipe), the old one had a massive hole in it and was held together with rivets and trailer siding, and theyre cheap. Dont feel like getting pulled over.
