Important

You can run, but you'll just die tired.

Well played Sir.....

You guys talking about green trail makes me LOL. I would love to run orange in my wifes jeep on 31's open/open, that would be a challenge. I would definitely need a couple winch pulls by people here and there though im sure :D

Green trail is actually a lot of fun. It's not as easy as people think. There are quite a few pucker points if you don't watch what you're doing. It can prove difficult for stock/budget boosted rigs. Meganne about flopped my rig on green at WF12. Of course, her inexperience was the biggest factor there, but Dan and I coached the rest of the rigs through. It was a tough spot.

Actually we went thru most of orange when we were down there this summer in my old Jeep and it was open/open on 33's

Have even you been on green trial?

I will say that yes most of it can be done stock. But stock rigs likely will get a little damage.

I have not run orange at WF, but have been on orange several of times and I feel that green and orange are about the same as far a difficult levels go, each with their own "type" of trial. lots more rocks and mud on orange and lots more steep hills and tight turns on green.

I find green to be a good ride, and enjoy starting my day out with it.

Green is fun, the White trail (or the back side of Green as I always called it) is my favorite at the Badlands. Especially when the creek is high.

Body damage is something I don't even think about anymore, I pick whatever trail and then try and avoid damage to things I haven't damaged yet :eyes: that list is shrinking.

At this point it's basically "don't flop/roll, avoid B pillar and roofline damage if possible, do not smash tail lights or tailgate"

Of course you'll run it on your wife's jeep because yours will be broken! :D

Orange isn't any harder than green as long as you avoid the gigantic mud holes. Green is much better suited for introducing new wheelers to wheeling. And I agree with Byron, white trail is fun and I include it in my runs when I lead.

green trail can get tough. there is just not as many rocks.

here is a small collection of green trail stucks.

This was actually on white

im not saying green is hard, but it can surprise ya. unless you went down one of those whoops sideways, i think you'd be more likely to just slightly flop rather than roll.

Why does this make me think of Sean and Tyler?

I ran the rzr on both green and orange.

No haven't ran green. I jsut thought about how much more fun it would be in a lesser built jeep the whole time I was on Orange. I convinced outkastboss to run it and he was glad he did.

I am going to try and make it further than 100 feet onto red this year. My problem was being cocky on the obstacle the second try. :scottm:

A teacher started talking to me at the school today...about guns and gun control.

I told her before expressing any opinions that she may not want to discuss that stuff with me.

About 1 minute into the conversation she walked away from me.
