Im sure you have looked but have you tried a NAPA store? Or any paint and body supply store should have it. Ive never used galvanized spray and I always have problems welding through weld through primer.

I buy the stuff in hopes of doing it right and then just grind it off of my weld spots and weld it straight

It's an awesome video game, first one I've bought in years. In fact, I had to borrow an xbox to play it because mine took a shit while sitting on my dresser.
 
Last video game system I owned was a Sega genesis.

Got home at 1am, woke up at 4:30 for work. Working till midnight. Hopefully I won't have to change a tire tonight in Manhattan with my ass hanging out into 7th avenue so I can be asleep by 12:30. Melissa is little grumpy about not being able to see me right now, but we have to bank some money before baby time. I'll admit, this hurt a lot less 6 years ago when I didn't stop working all fall...I wish I could go to Moab. I need some time off
 
Working an event for Siemens manufacturing....guest speaker is the engineering director of Hendrick motorsports. Not a bad way to start a day when you are half asleep. They are talking about manufacturing race and performance parts
 
Customer brings in Ford Taurus Wagon for a drivers side frt wheel bearing and a pass. side inner tie rod... Was told the other three tie rods were done by the school shop previously...

I cannot find any itre tool kits in the shop. I've searched everywhere. So I call up Oreilly's (school deals through them) and ask about purchasing a kit (I want the kids to have what they need to do the job right) and they say "we have a kit to rent and I can order one thats on sale for $120". I say fine do it. Well the kit they sent me is for non-ford itre's... -_- the customer left town today and will be back tomorrow to pick up his vehicle...

Guess I get to finish this job myself after I scour the town for the right kit after school...

EDIT: Ohh and apparently our Motor/ALLData has expired so now I get to spend $2,000 on that too, the joys of running a shop.
 
When I put my rear D44 back together on the Jeep the drivers side axle shaft wouldn't hardly spin. I thought maybe it was the last of oil in it or something.

When I drive it, it makes a squeal when I first take off coming from the outside edge of the axle, I think.

Checked all the other parts stores and a couple home improvement places, didn't think to check there. I could swear I've seen it at Autozone before. Regardless, K5Matt had a can in stock (since he deals in body shop supplies) and it's on its way to me.

I am afraid I will have the same problem as you, especially since I suck at welding on clean metal on a bench in ideal conditions, let alone under a vehicle and overhead! If I get fed up I will just clean it up and try again, it will probably be 20 years before it rusts through anyway.

SUPERMARKET PSYCHIC​

A woman at the grocery store went to the register with these items in
her cart:

* a carton of eggs
* a quart of orange juice
* a head of romaine lettuce
* a 2 lb. can of coffee
* a 1 lb. package of bacon.

As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, a
drunk standing behind her watched as she placed the items in front of the
cashier.

While the cashier was ringing up her purchases, the drunk calmly stated,
"You must be single."

The woman was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was intrigued
by the derelict's intuition, since she was indeed single.

She looked at her six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly
unusual about her selections that could have tipped off the drunk
to her marital status.

Curiosity getting the better of her, she said "Well, you know what,
you're absolutely correct. But how on earth did you know that?"

The drunk replied, "Cause you're uglier than shit".
