Important

The one chick is pretty good looking. If I were any of those guys, I know all those girls would be "boat hot".

They need to put this show on HBO and make it uncensored.

I was thinking of you when I posted that.

Does anyone have any experience with hooking up a PS2 (yeah, I miss my old games) to an HDMI tv? The tv I'm looking at hooking into doesn't have traditional RCA/V cable hookups. It's only got HDMI, USB and the 3.5mm pins for other stuff.

I've found this.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1389517282&pf_rd_i=507846

Seems to have appropriate pricing, but no reviews which I hold in high regards before an amazon purchase. The description sounds good. But I've never had to deal with this.

Bueller? Stein? Anyone?

Edit: Haha! Ben Stein is the one calling roll in Ferris Bueller's Day Off... The coincidence is amazing!

That should work...if not there are plenty of boxes that will convert component video to hdmi. I have a few at work and I can check on brand names if I think of it

Component?

Jesus, I remember when it was one coax cable...then it was 3; red, white & yello...then it was like 7 different colors that I never used...

I have the red, white & yellow. The plug on the back of the PS2 looks like the cable from that converter will work in it.

Red, white, yellow is composite...red, green, blue is component....

Of all of the a/v work I do, video is the most complicated. Way too many ways to get from point a to point b

Decided that we are taking my jeep to drummond for our anniversary, that's why I have a pickup. So I've got some stuff to get done before august 9th.

Anybody have some white body shocks sitting around? I am thinking something for right around a 3" lift, because my shock mounts are even with my axle tube, I am looking for free or VERY cheap since I am just going through the floor soon anyway.

woot...jeep passed inspection. now i'm clear for 2 years....as long as i don't get busted for not having fender flares or an elevated vehicle sticker before then. the guys i talked to told me not to worry about flares or the lift inspection unless i get a warning for it. its kind of like tinted windows...unless someone raises a stink about it, you are totally fine

today is the 1st day i am home alone with the baby all day.

should be interesting

SAM'daddy time'SET

I got to do that with the granddaughter when Cindy's mom went in the hospital.

Thankfully was one of the rare days when she didn't poop.

I had my son Avery night from 4 p.m. when I got out of work until 11you p.m. when lexi got home from work every night from 3 months to about 18 months. I loved it most the time. I have a way better relationship than most dad's with 2 year olds that I see.

That gave me a whole different perspective on what most mothers do all day everyday.

I can't stand when a father "can't" be alone with their child.

Mine, no longer works, she was off for a few months due to pregnancy difficulties. We decided that she wouldn't go back, because she didn't want to work nights and miss dinner etc. and with what she made it wasn't worth paying for daycare.

It was pretty tight that way at first but now, I have gotten a raise and just change our habits a bit and are fine.

I can make as much working 20 hr a week of part time as she does working 40 hours a week. So for now, it doesn't make much sense for her to work, cause she would basically be paying for child care, or I would be sleeping much less than the little that I do now.

Now if I could get her to find ways to save $$ instead of spending it while she's at home with the baby, we'd be in much better shape...

Mine hasn't worked since my sone was born, she has been home almost 5 years now. She is dreding him going to school full time because that means she has to start working and still cook dinner and do the laundry:D
