Better yet, I have two local shops that are authorized Tire Rack dealers. So I pay exactly what the website says. No dealer mark-up or anything like that. I'm on the hook for mount, balance, etc etc though.

Plus, my dad might take the tires that are on my xj for his snow plow truck. If I sell him those for like $200, I'll be spending around $500 out of pocket for brand new tires. Craig's list can't touch that.

The bill went through the house and the senate and back to the house for confirmation. The sheriffs association pitched a fit about getting rid of the handgun permit system, so the house sent it back to committee before they confirmed it.

It might go through as is (which is best) or it might have the permit stuff taken out so we can still pass restaurant carry and stand your ground.

The permit system is a Jim Crowe law. The county sheriff can deny your handgun purchase permit without cause. It's been superseded by NICS, but the sheriffs think someone is talk g their power away.

From what I heard, Zimmerman told the kid to stop more than once and he didn't. I'd certainly consider that a threat. I don't know how he was dressed or was acting, but I can guarantee you that if I saw some kid (race aside) coming towards me and he looked like trouble, I'd be concerned. Even more so if I had told them to stay away and they keep coming.

Zimmerman doesn't even look white himself!

I guess we normal people don't understand why the public has to have such an outcry on something that the outcome can't change. Whatever, I'm rambling. Dude did alright by me and apparently a jury too. Get over it.
