got the LS mounted friday evening with JR's help. Now just waiting on the computer and harness to come back. I had the mild ECU 40HP tune done and thinking about a cam and a few other little doo-dads to get me up @ 400HP.

I have drawn up a set of designs that mirror the tubular arms that CPP offers. I am using the stock arms as a mock up set for everything but I totally agree with ya, those 46 year old single wall arms are not going to like 400HP of smokey burn outs :D

Cab is at the second body shop now bc the first one butchered up stuff soooo bad and cost me $1200. It was going into primer as of friday afternoon.....

CPP makes good stuff.

I'm a fan of the rally wheels bumped up in a 17. Several companies make them. Looks classic but has modern rubber.
 
Tornadoes are devastating. Research is very important but driving toward a tornado is not exactly the brightest idea. That's sad to hear. There is a video on the weather channel's website showing their tahoe getting slammed by a tornado from the cab. They all walked away.

His plan from previous shows of Storm Chasers was to get near where it would cross a long time before it crossed and get out. This tornado did the abnormal thing of turning north from the direction it was going. My guess is they thought there were in a safe area since the tornado was not coming at them, but they do sometimes change directions.
 
Need to find a pic of the dually after I first tuned it and took it out to help the transmission learn my driving style...

I'm thinking about just keeping my stock 8.8 ls, rebuilding with carbon disks more shims.

Or throw my welded carrier in...

Haha. I really liked the size and weight of it compared to all the other tablet sized phones these days so I got it!
 
I have no issues with my iPhone 4S. It's simple and reliable and still a smart phone that can do anything. That's why I have it. I can't keep up with android. They (android) seems to have a new phone weekly where the iPhone is about once a year I think but still doesn't get out dated in that year. I really have nothing against android. It's all the same shit. I just hate cell phone providers.
