Important

Fur is a messed up business with or without PETA. I will wear leather to keep me warm is the meat that was once inside that leather fed me. Not too many people eating mink out there and wearing it just for fashion is gross.

Sorry....a single source of information from a group that is not above "staging" or creative editing will not convince me to not wear a renewable product. How about they show the kids dying of the tons of poisons released in the production of fake fur in developing countries.

PETA kills people, causes millions of dollars of damages to small family ranches, and kills more then it's share of dogs and cats. The more of their propaganda that I see, the more I want a man fur.

Sir Mix-a-lot!! Haha!

Seriously though, I said it makes me think twice about buying fur, but it not something I'm taking off my list of things to buy. Hell, you've seen my hat. I just feel that the process that particular group was using was horrible. There are better ways to go about killing an animal. They're certainly not the "1 shot, 1 kill" type. Not at all humane.

And we all know there's 2 sides to a coin.

Damn, that is rough. That kind of cruelty is entirely unnecessary.
Yes, this is my point. I guess it could have been said more efficiently.

Every day I think people generally decent. Then I go out in the world and well screw that idea.

I got a lawn mower question. My church has a Ferris zero turn lawn mower. I was mowing today and it started to act like it wasn't getting fuel and the engine would act like it would want to stall and then would run and then want to quit and sometimes eventually quit. It is a digital fuel injection kawasaki engine. I don't know anything about these and the church has had it in the shop at Complete Outdoor twice for this issue and they haven't been able to fix it. We have over 10 acres of grass to cut so having it out of service for a few weeks will be costly (about 1,000 a week to have someone to mow the lawn). Anyone have suggestions to look at? When it runs, it is a great mower, this is the second year we have had the mower and the first year we had this issue with it.

Kinda tech: Seized or suspected seized bolts - best to use an impact to shock them loose or by hand with a breaker bar? I've had mixed results both ways with shearing the bolts. Seems like the impact gets them loose more often than the breaker bar, which tends to shear.

I'm going to be pulling the trans crossmember out of the ZJ next week to do the t'case swap, and I'd like to avoid broken bolts. I have been soaking them with WD-40 (ran out of Kroil ) daily for a couple days now as much as I can; the weldnuts are inside the frame rail so it's hard to get to the threads.

While we're talking tech, when swapping yokes on a D30 is it necessary to get a new crush sleeve or can I get away with reusing the one in it as long as it's torqued properly?

Post the model number on the tractor and engine, might be able to find a manual.
If it's fuel injected (didn't know they were making them FI now) we might be able to figure something out.
I'm assuming the fuel filter has been changed?
Does it have any kind of LCD to display running hours or anything?
I know FI quads and cycles actually have codes...

antisieze for 2-4 days...then heat, then impact...if they break then, theres no way they were coming out

I will have to do that next week when I can get back over there. Heading to Santa Clause tomorrow morning until Sunday morning.

Indiana, going to Holiday World for a day and half for a coaster event. I have been going to this event since 2008. It has Friday night ride time on all coasters after the park closes (plus other select rides) for 3-4 hours (until 10 or 10:30) with pizza and fudge that night. Saturday morning water park time two hours before it opens (with a simple breakfast). Also get to walk beside all the coasters at some point during the day. Then Friday night after the park closes, we get coaster time until midnight. I absolutely love riding Voyage and Raven at night.
