Well go to do my first gear setup, VERY time consuming but not all that bad to do. Get the right tools for the job and it will go much easier. Now to see if it holds up this weekend.

It's almost fun, I did my first a few weeks ago. I am sorta looking forward to doing the next one.Well go to do my first gear setup, VERY time consuming but not all that bad to do. Get the right tools for the job and it will go much easier. Now to see if it holds up this weekend.
Later this week I will be inside that diff again to put a locker in and add a pinion oil baffle I forgot to order the first time around (gotta reshim the pinion again at the same time... oof) so I will be able to recheck the gear pattern, it's had a wheeling trip and about 800 miles of pavement since I set it up.

I drove it yesterday and wasn't that disappointed with the 4.0 in it. 2004 49k miles, many buttons minus leather and a 242 tcase. Manual HVAC which I prefer because the auto ones in those always have problems.

Thank you! No, Apple Pie hates me. I finally had my first beer since the blessing this past Saturday at Hooters with our ugly waitress. Going to Tilted Kilt next time instead. Maybe we'll have better luck there.
