Important

K, I have one for you fellers.

Two weeks ago I was heading up the canyon to get a load of butane. One of our other drivers with a little bigger motor cut me off and pulled into the refinery about a minute before me. We have an unwritten rule...kind of an honor code about this. You just don't do it. It takes us an hour to load, if you pull in front of someone their day is instantly an hour longer.

So anyway today I pull in the refinery right behind another truck who is loading butane as well...no big thing, this happens. Anyway as we are waiting to get our load tickets the dude who cut me off walked in...right behind me AND the other guy. The first words out of his mouth were "let me load in front of you" no please, no asking nicely. Just blunt and to the point. I'm like..."um, no don't think so" and he says "come on, I need to pick my kids up at nine, I'll be late" and still I'm like "uhh uh....nope, not happening, I don't care"

So he freaks out, starts cussing and throwing a tantrum and walks out the office door. I get my ticket, walk out the door and watch him drive out the gate. He gets out the gate, parks and I see him get out of his truck and get on his cell. Five min later my boss calls. The first words out of my mouth was "I'm not letting him load in front of me, Todd!"

Boss said he wasn't calling about "just" that but this other driver did call him to bitch. Then he drove off and went home. Btw...round trip is 300 miles. He just wasted a good $400 in fuel on the companies dime.

So my thing is, what the hell is wrong with people? Where did common courtesy go? If he hadn't cut me off I probably still would have told him to pound sand just by the attitude of the way he asked. Had it been any other driver in need of a favor I would have helped out no questions asked but how this guy thought I owed him any favors is just totally beyond me.

i have fired very skilled workers over bad attitudes and lack of courtesy.... they drag the rest of the organization down. my thoughts are that jobs are hard to find these days, its hard to keep someone like that when i had a 4 inch tall stack of applications in the office

Pm me some details.

Won't happen quick, I've got a very busy month aged of me. I'm sure we can work something out.

Heading to school... Spending the day prepping, and possibly lining the tub... Also replacing the wire harness...

If anyone in Terre Haute wants a chance to get a nice gun for cheap, you might be able to score one in April. The police are going to hold a buy back and give $100 for any gun. Chances are, they will get crap guns, but I am afraid some old lady is going to a nice gun that shouldn't get destroyed. I know the gun owners around here will probably be there buying the good stuff for more then the money the police plan to offer. They haven't even raised the money yet for it though.

So Brian started posting up about tools and spare parts... This made me think... Of course the obvious, my tools are gone, but I also just realized all the spare parts in my bottom drawer... U-joints, couple frt d.s. torn down, hubs, sensors.... Its all gone...

<chuckle> Don't let the insurance company lump your spare parts in with your tools, man. That's more than a few bucks in parts alone.

Went to the range to see how far off my red and scope were on my 22's. My red dot has never been touched, it was shooting down and left. Scope was being shot from 70 paces out and was down and left also. Need to get with a friend to help me line them up.

Scrapped, wire-wheeled, goo-off'd, and a liberal coat of navel jelly applied... We'll see how much metal is left when I clean it off...

Only getting like 250 back from taxes... Cant decide if I want to put it away towards tires, buy a front lunchbox, exhaust, or buy a rear bumper.

My roommate is picking up an 89 Laredo this weekend. Its got the 242 and the full skid package, but doesn't have the hitch or tow points. It spent half its life in Oregon then was driven here. Nate and you other renix gurus, I'll probably be picking your brains.

here is a short video of whats going on

can some one give me a crash course on whats going on here i don't know much about lockers.

Those are the dowel pins that you need for the locker to work. I think you sheared all 4 pins, I don't know if the broken half of the pins can be pulled out the the halves of the locker, I also wonder if you broke the active spacer tabs?

You will have to order new pins, take the locker out put in the new dowel pins and re-install it.

below is a generic picture but it is the same minus the 2 end pieces
