Important

You win Doug that's less XJ than I have. I'll try to grab a pic this weekend. Too much crap in my garage to get a decent pic. I need to make a Junkyard run. Barely enough room to work right now.

I probably wouldn't keep the frame rails either at that point... might as well throw another $100 in box tube under it and never have a steering box frame rail crack again.

This is why I haven't started cutting on my MJ yet, I know I'd never stop :banghead:

Who said there was going to be a steering box on the frame? :D

In Oklahoma City for the night...did 900 today.

Trying for another 900 tomorrow.

Then 400 on Saturday to the lake bed.

Saw -11 on the way in to work, one of my coworkers had -15 at his house a little farther north.

-13 here.

P.S. in the truck was just screaming till the fluid warmed up... Thinking I might need to add some new stuff...

37 this morning. Had to turn the heat on in the jeep.
A couple of hours on the block heater, a mile of residential streets, a couple of miles of 55mph highway, and 6 miles of 65 mph boulevard before the thermostat kicked open in the CTD. 70% cover over the radiator.

I think it was blowing hot air before I left the driveway :)

It will all work out in the summer when I'm dripping sweat.

True. And while it doesn't get as warm here as it does there, the closer it gets to triple digits, the worse I feel.

Windmills, 15 miles from my house. :D

Still too damn cold.

The heat in my jeep sucks too, coolant doesn't go over 190 (scanner temp, gauge says 210) with the radiator covered.

Or my cts is reading low (its 23 years old...) and the heater core is just plugged up... Need to get a thermometer and see.
At least I have the mt 2500 now.
Renix diagnostics ftw!
