I been out & about today, Jeff. Unless they get some sand or salt out. You better stay home. By the way 4wd doesn't make you stop any easier. It's an unpleasant day at best here. Low 30's, with freezing rain coming down. Ground is covered with a quarter to half inch of water & ice. The commute to work in the morning is really going to be a problem.
Salt & sand is you friend right now."Repeat after me: 4wd does not make me immune to the laws of physics."
I have to think that the roads right now are more like a frictionless plane than anything. I hope I have no reason to go out, unfortunately, I'm on call, and there's always a chance that I'll have to make a run to the office. I could, but I don't want to. I'm already planning on throwing some salt on the slab tonight before I go to bed as well as in the morning before I leave. Fortunately, Deb doesn't have to go anywhere tomorrow.
Try flying in this crap. I was suppose to leave milwaukee at 4pm (left 2 hours late) now I am stuck in chicago trying to get to winnipeg, canada. Eh
There's your problem.
You're going TO Canada.
50 degrees out and feels like spring...this is just not right. We finally got about an inch of rain over the weekend, but we are still about 17" short to be at adequate subsurface moisture. I am worried about another drought year on the grass and crops.
Cheese "brace yourselfs for higher food prices if another year of drought comes" Man
Jesus, did you hit it at 127 mph? LOL!
Sooo......what's wrong with trying to get rich? :dunno:
