When I was looking at getting my first vehicle, I looked at one close to this one (black instead of red and had a cap). I still love these Toyota pick ups with the 22re motor (though this one has the v6).
Grace started having contractions last night. We went after a couple hours of contractions 5 mins apart at 10pm. They sent us home at 1215am. Said that she wasn't ready and she would be able to sleep and wait til they were more frequent. We both laid in bed as she had awful contractions til 430am. I called the hospital and they said come back. We got back at 5am. At 630am her water broke. They didn't give the epiderol till 930 am. She was finally comfortable, I went and got some breakfast, came back and took a nap for about an hour. She was finally ready to start pushing a little after 5pm. She pushed until the baby came at 743pm. They thought they might have to do a c section cause of how big she was. Then a couple good pushes and out she came. I cut the cord.
It was amazing to say the least.
So I've slept an hour since Sunday afternoon and Grace even less. Going to bed soon I think...or not, they want her to try to feed her in the next 30 mins...
Nah.... he'll get a nap or two once the baby starts sleeping a little more. One of the best things of being a new dad is being able to take the baby and lay down with her when she naps so you can "get closer" to her.
Once she gets older and you start staying up till after she gets home from dates though....
Won't be long and your view of a scantily clad young lady on the street will change now that you have a daughter. It will go from "wow that girl is hot!" too "there is no way on God's green earth I would allow my daughter to wear that."
