One headlight's shiny, the other not so much.
Hope you flushed those cooler lines... lot of people forget and feed burnt fluid and fragments of the old trans to the new one.
That's right. Everything I have tested is good, within spec, whatever you want to call it. Jeep isn't throwing any codes. My scan tools do not pick any abnormalities up in the readings (probably because they are not fast enough/make specific) and being my DD I don't have the time to dink around with it, plus it stalled out in the middle of the road on a Sunday afternoon.
What was I supposed to do? Right now getting it fixed is more important than my ego or self esteem, but I kind of have classes to teach, tests to give, homework to correct, doesn't leave much, if any time to dink with it anymore.

I assume youve got D30 unit bearing bolts. If not, I have half a dozen spares.
Oh yeah...thanks for the offer. I've got so many that I walked to a box with bolts and pulled two out without much hassle.
I'll have to dig, but locally where is the best place to get a hub (not internet)...
mac 'we just talked about this' gyvr
Usually can't go wrong with timken. I've got a $33 ebay one in route. We'll see what that does.
K "not DD though or transporting my offspring" man
Damn that's a great price...
I need it today tho.
mac 'scared to get one from autozone' gyvr
Austin did you check your grounds?
Autozone sells timken and napa gold are nice.
I did not. The tranny shop says that they did...and they backed it with a 24 month/24k miles warranty
holy crap!
mac 'them be expensive!' gyvr
Mac, you can get timkens on rockauto for 75 bucks each, or crummy brands with lifetime warranties at CAP for the same price iirc. I actually saved the box and receipt from that because I was sure it was gonna blow out in a few thousand miles... no groans yet.
