I don't condone this at all. While I have served for 9 years, I never tried to use that factor that I was in the military to (get a break in anything))

I do condone it, many of the folks in the military give up a lot to serve, the pay generally is not great. I say take advantage of every break you get in this country......everyone else does.

That's silly. If I owned a business where I could offer discounts I'd proudly do it. I think it's an honor to serve and help those who are honorable enough to serve.

Many places offer a law enforcement discount as well.

I have had to deal with a few situations while in places and stopped that shoplifter last week.

When I worked at a small pizza place that was in a gas station, any law enforcement got free fountain drinks.

NOTHING is ever bleedin' simple. So, I finally figured out that I've got a 2000 model year fuel tank module in my 1999 Dodge, and got the right fuel level sender for it. What I thought were spade lug terminals on the end of the wires ain't, they're terminals for a weatherpack connector, and I can't get the old terminals out of the connector body. Back to the parts counter in the morning.

Well, I can safely say I wheeled the piss out of the Jeep this weekend, at one point I was on all 4 tires and 2 doors. Following a TJL on 38's In Jeeps built similar to mine and even a bone stock JK. He took us through some challenging trails and I got hung up a few times but it was fun! Pics coming soon.

Just back from a whirl wind tour of Door County. Colors have already started to change in MSN and are about 1/2 week from peak, so GF decides that a trip with the dogs to Egg Harbor is just the ticket :)

Good times and got to show her some of my favorite spots :)

Colors are in full swing here. I'm told that the Keweenaw Peninsula is already well past, they only had a couple of days before a couple of big winds took them all down.

They are just starting here. Gonna try and get out to the state park in the next county over to take some pics.

I can say yes they are past for the upper keweenaw. Around Lanse it's peak. Crystal Falls is 1/2 week out. Marquette is 1 week out. Iron Mountain is 1/2 week out. Many colors up here.
