Important

That reminds me I need to plan that stuff for this year. For Christmas, I am going to give her a painting that my grandma did. I am going to take her to a local restaurant where my Grandma has five paintings for sale. I am going to ask her what her favorite one is. For her birthday, which is three days before Christmas, I have a couple ideas. First being build a wooden bench. I have the tools (miter saw, drill press, circular saw, etc) downstairs and the basement is heated. The other is seeing if my friend from this band..

would be willing to do a living room concert for her and some friends. I would love for the whole band to be there, but I can get a guitar player for him. For valentines day this year, I had him call her while she was out eating with friends since I had to work.

On another note, hopefully by the end of the month, I could own 10 fire arms and won't have to spend a dime to own them. My dad is having his divorce hearing the middle of this month and if the judge makes his wife give his guns back (like she should have already), then he is giving them to me when he gets them back.
cool story, bro.

As long as they are GFCI protected I see no problem.
Are you pulling a permit?
I plan to. It will be months before I am ready, I am too low on cash to do a kitchen right now.

Everything in the basement, kitchen, outside, or bathroom is going to be gfci protected, everything in the bedrooms and living areas is afci.

Other than trail damage I've never done any damage to any of my vehicles or parents vehicles.

Semi trucks are a different matter. I've clocked a couple million miles in the last 15 years though so I guess the odds are against me. Even then I've only had two. Neither was my fault.

One of them was just a couple of months ago. I was in the left turn lane and there was another semi on my right in the go straight or turn right lane. This was at the bottom of an off ramp. Light turns green. He pulls ahead of me then decides he wants to go left too. His trailer ran over my hood and his trailer tires caught my right steer tire breaking the spring axle loose from the centering pin and moving the axle forward three inches. This was at the scene.

With that many miles under your belt, I'm kinda surprised you haven't got a deer or 2, or 3.

It's crazy how drivers dont watch their mirrors when turning.

I've got several deer with my big truck. Our new fleet has big deer catchers.

we call them deer slayers here in Iowa. The deer really tear up the Volvo's one piece front end

KWs are nice for what I do but I'd hate to have to live in one. At least the W900's like we drive. Being a fat dude I barely fit between the seats to get into the sleeper. Some of these new wide body trucks would be a lot better if you had to live in them.

Speaking of deer catcher bumpers. I've got a really gruesome photo of what they do to a deer. I'd post it but I don't know how squeamish you MWC'ers are.

Do it.

Only reason Im considering a small stinger.

Deer don't scare me. It's the big ass elk and moose we have out here that worry me. Lucky for me I've only had a few close calls with them.

My boss bought a brand new Ford F-450 a few years ago. 800 miles later he hit a bill elk and did $11,000 damage. Being new they wouldn't total it.

We started driving Volvos this year, I thought I liked the Freightshakers but the V's are nice trucks. They're not KW's by a long shot tho.
If you every drove teams, you would really appreciate the Volvo's ride, I have had to sub out a Volvo for an International, and team drivers bitched about not being able to sleep. The noise & ride quality was worlds apart.

Team driving :puke:

I'll never work for a company that tries to stick me in with another driver. I train people once in awhile and after ten hours I'm usually ready to kill them. Even if we get along.

I always thought it was odd that they complained when I pulled them out of their Volvo w/ 450 hp N-14 & stuck them in an IH with a 650hp Cat. But I guise if I had to live in it for a week or 2 at a time w/some other dude, I might be picky also.
