Important

LOL, true that. When we fill the houseboat, it is easily a grand if it is empty and we do a total fill up on both tanks. We actually have been known to back it into the slip by the dock and use our fuel transfer tank in our trucks and pump fuel to it that way. It sucks to rinse the diesel out of them, but it is a dollar a gallon cheaper then buying gas on the water and the people at the dock are used to us now a days, they refer to me as "Farmer Joe" b/c of my John Deere plate on my truck :farmer: I am all in the planning stages, but if the right "deal" is there, I am prepared to strike.

I would be all for a summer fest on the water. I never been tubing, but have wanted to. Sarah has never been on a boat other then the paddle boat at Indiana Beach and cruise ship (and the little boats for the excursions) if I remember correctly.

2 days down...363 to go

great job man. i have been hitting it hard to since about April, i lost a decent amount but then took a little break to enjoy summer for about 6 weeks before school started up. that was yesterday so know im back on working out 4 day s a week.

damn, good job Craig! Keep it up, you are an inspiration to fat bastards everywhere! :D (including me!)

Speaking of that, I will be in Des Moines thursday so if you wanna hit up the buffet let me know...Bang Bangs FTW!!

Kings Island tomorrow with Sarah. Will be nice to ride any coaster or ride I can/want to without having to wait in long lines. Work gave me a check for 10 hours they messed up on my last check, so I got sky coaster money.

i can still go to bang bang...i just have to eat differently than i used to. melissa and i go to hu hot sometimes. its not nearly as fun as stuffing your face, but it still tastes good. the advantage is that once a week i can eat and drink whatever the hell i want. in fact, they encourage you to partake in the "fun day" as a way to keep your metabolism in check. unfortunately, sunday is my fun day, but like i said...i can still eat there :)

oh and if you want an xj front end...there is still one sitting in my shop

Why do kids have to do dumb things? Harrison got his leg stuck in between 2 of the slats on his crib. His knee fat had swollen up quick enough that I couldn't easily pull him loose with 2 hands so I had to break it a little. It's back together kinda, but it's got a chunk off of the front bannister.

Plus he's battling a cold that he has now given me. If it ain't one thing, it's another. Still worth it.

Nice job! Do you just go to a local gym or what? Me and the wife talked about doing something similar.

Do they give you a meal plan and everything?

its a tae kwan do/ kick boxing mixed with strength training. its all the gym does, so there are only people in your class there. its 45 minutes a day, 6 times a week and they give you a whole manual on how to eat properly. basically you eat 6 times a day...balanced portions...once you get used to it, its not as bad as it sounds. then one day a week you are encouraged to eat whatever you want. there is a coach assigned to you so any questions you have are always easily answered. im in the same boat man, i am an overeater by nature. eating like a horse when i was a kid was never discouraged...so its what i revert to when i have no reason to stay in shape. the $10k prize is certainly what i need to keep me motivated.

My dad was very heavy, My mom is heavy, & my brothers is just plain obese. I weigh the same I wrestled in high school. That was 25 yrs ago. Granted I live on a liquid diet, but that is the way I choose to live life. I weigh under 180, but I carry a very heavy gun. That is all.
