How it got there:
2012 Ram 3500 SRW Laramie Crew Cab Long Bed.
Beige leather seats, rear entertainment, navigation, b&w gooseneck hitch, tow package, and secret prototype stuff :shhh:
Oh yeah, it got 12.3 MPG towing down there, and 13.4 empty on the way back.

Yep, they all get scrapped when they are through with testing. They aren't allowed to be purchased.

well over the last couple of days my engine (or what i thought was my engine) started to sound like it was coming apart...pulled the inspection cover for the flex plate and all 4 tc bolts were about finger tight. all good now...now i know what that sounds like at least. starting getting worried that something in the lower end of the motor was coming apart

Got an email about my neon on craigslist. The first one seemed legit.
So I replied basically when could they come and look at it in person. And got this back from a different email addy than the first one.
I sent back a message saying they could buy it after looking at it in person with cash in hand otherwise go "choice word that wont make it past the vulgar filter" yourself.
I hate the craigslist scammers. :flame: I can't believe that there are people that fall for that crap.

never, ever bother to reply to an email on cl about an "item" for sale unless it's just to mess with them. If they don't mention what you're selling, they are a scammer.

Any of you heard of ENGO winches? Apparently they are pretty damn good and pretty damn cheap. I am thinking of trying one out.

From a quick google image search they look just like the Milemarker/TMax/Summit/Gorilla/Chicago Electric rebadged China winches.
FWIW the only problem I had with my TMax was the overcomplicated wireless solenoid box that failed twice. For as often as you will use it, a cheap winch *should* work fine. I have heard "Buy a cheap winch every couple years or buy a good one once." That being said, I doubt a Warn will find it's way into my ARB bumper.
Couldn't say it any better, if you constantly need a winch, you are putting your self in conditions your rig was not built to do, period. That being said I have one on my CJ and never used it.
