Just dropped like $300 in paint there a week ago for a 5 dollar rebate per gallon. Im still waiting on the $50 rebate card.

CB question. I know the antenna has to be grounded and its best to have it on the roof for optimum reception. Could I mount the base to the rear hatch of my 91 (fiberglass) and then run a ground from the base to the body of the jeep?

From what I understand about antennas, it depends on the antenna design, and whether it requires a ground plane.
