Important

Perhaps if you had let dentists work on your tooth instead of strippers, you would still have it.

No, the strippers work on something else! :D

Thanks for the support. Getting loaded up and ready for Redbird.

Just got word the co-worker that had brain cancer at work, diagnoised at Easter just passed away... :(

mac 'life is short, play hard' gyvr

Hit a skunk going 72mph... Heat was on so the smell was vented right in.... Its so gross... Looks like after school today I get to go through a carwash or 7....

Not much going on here when the majority of the active poster's are drinking at what looks to be a very nice camping spot at redbird

Today pretty slow also.

Renewed driver licence.

Worked on lawn, then 01' Jeep.

The toughest was the 01'. Removing TJ flares (ugly, front fenders flap, back one responsible for denting qtr panel) that PO put on, and installing Bushwacker cutouts. Trim job to put on TJ flares too large for Bushwackers. Had to add metal to cover up hole in front of flare and found the washer bottle was just sitting there hanging by the filler tube. The good news is that I had a set of inner fender shields, and they're going to be used again :D The back flares, same basic issue, but this time it's holes where the rivets were. I didn't realize that the cutout flares chop out the pinch seam (e-gads!). The PO did a good job rolling the seam, so I left that and trimmed the flares to clear the remaining wheel arch.

You know, it would be a heck of a lot easier to just go buy a 2012 Rubicon Unlimited and say "Forget this", but unfortunately, money, for me anyway, is not "Unlimited" ;)
