Got my tow hooks, now to get bolts and nuts I need and get them on some how (no air tools and limited knowledge of how they go on) before the 5th. Can anybody help me?

Yes, I got the brackets also, as (85XJwoody who I got them from)said, one of them is a little bent, but I think with some wrenching and grade 8 hardware, they should work.

Actually it is controlled by brake pressure. You can be sitting still, apply the brakes, and see the force increase as you push harder on the pedal.

I stand corrected... that is simply awesome!
The P3 is proportional, and I believe it uses an accelerometer. To be clear, there are pendulum controllers which have a mechanical pendulum in them (and typically have to be mounted level), and then the newer proportional controllers which use an accelerometer. And then there's the time-delay ones, and then these factory-integrated brake-pressure types.
So, 4 different types of brake controllers that ultimately all do the same thing.

cheeseman makes controllers now? wow... nevermind I just realized you must have been talking about your mom & breakfast.
for the rear axle I undid the softline at the axle and spun it onto my hardline. The sad thing is that the hardline in the back of the MJ is only 3ish years old.
and here's a picture of the brake controller I inherited:
it's dirt old, but stil does all of it's proportional braking nonsense just fine.

yeah... if I'm gonna replace one brake line, I'm replacing all the brakelines that have any rust on them, and every rubber line those lines attach to. I hate bleeding brakes so I just do it all at once.
yeah, wrap it around the drums and hit the brakes hard a couple times.

A week away and nothing is going right! HAd to replace the battery the other day, a cost I wasn't planning on, and UPS has lost my parts somewhere! They say they might show up today or tomorrow sometime, regardless it looks like I'l have to work on it over the weekend which means going home to get stuff packed up at 'rents is probably out of the question...

okay, I took the Pilot back and got my $101 returned.
I pulled the controller out of the Tahoe and it IS a Tekonsha Primus, which is a proportional controller. I'm now searching for another wiring harness and mounting clip that I can get shipped here by early next week. I've found them in TX but the 2 day shipping is like $26, the total cost of harness and clip is only $17.
