Does anyone know if I send an email to the link at the top of a craigslist post if the seller actually gets the email? I found a 2000 XJ for sale that would be on I-70 in PA where I'll be headed for winter break so this could work out. $650 for an XJ with 170k on the clock (it's a 2000 so i'm assuming a cracked head).

Tore brakes apart and reinstalled them... Couldn't find anything wrong, shoes still had 3-4mm on them... Best thing I can think of is that the e brake cable froze and engaged the brakes too far and they got out of alignment or something... Cleaned everything up nice and they work perfect now...

Could not agree more.
Some idiot posted a pair of 60s for 300 bucks locally, so of course I called. Got a message saying he was too stupid to set up his voicemail, at all, so the answering machine hung up on me. Called back. He answered, I got about 5 words in then he made a lot of confusing not quite word sounds and hung up on me. Called back thinking he got disconnected and it went right to not-voicemail again. He never took the ad down.
People are frickin stupid. He was probably real pissed going "I sold them why are people still calling" well because you never took the damn ad down numbnuts!
Oh, he never responded to emails either, and claimed he needed to sell asap in the posting.
