A 25 foot piece of 10 ga wire from the battery to the back of the jeep isn't going to cost you very much. The original reverse wires go to the switch part of the relay and you run power wires to the lights.
That's certainly not contributing to the spaghetti and is much more cost effective than getting LED lights. LED's that put out the light that the halogens do will definitely cost you more than a small automotive relay and some wire.
