Enjoy paying for that .410 ammo. It's higher than a kite down here.

No freakin doubt.....

It was $13 for the cheapest nastiest federals in a 2 1/2 inch. Winchester target loads in a 3 inch were $18 a box...Right by it was 20 gauge for $9....

But at least it wasn't 28 gauge or 16 gauge.. both of them were over $20 per box.

Round trip to Houghton, MI and back. 7.5 hours of driving 15 minutes of work. We need more snow. It was a little white north of Covington and north again of Baraga.Clear through Lanse. Looking forward to more snow just not the cold behind it. :shiver:

It's been snowing here in St. Paul, MN most of the day, and I just got a road report from one of my co-workers. I'm not leaving here until at least 2 hours later than usual.

Hit a fawkin deer on the way to a birthday dinner with some friends this evening. What sucks is I just got this new DD XJ lifted last week and everything looking good and then "wham", Bambie whacks the front fender and then the rocker and then shoots out the back into the traffic behind me. I was able to easily drive away with minimal body damage, but the guy in the Audi behind me was leaking some fluids. He wanted my insurance since I hit the deer, I told him to piss off since he was following too closley. What a way to start the new year.......I think I'll go have a Fat Tire and call it an evening.

It's Bambi. No e.

It's a bit nippy up here in MN this morning, I saw -25 F. on the overhead in the CTD on the way to work this morning.

My landlord is having a couple of very bad days. Had to have the plow frame rewelded on his plow truck, then while remounting the plow last night, broke the tip off one side. He's moving snow right now with a skidsteer.

REMOTE FROM: Lexington, Kentucky
I am at a three day horse sale. no snow on the ground. tolerable. anybody from Kentucky know what Burgoo is? Locals say I shouldn't ask. But it is tasty.

I won't be able to catch a brew with you. I'll be up with my work van. They have a .01 BAC limit. I'll be up tomorrow and driving back again. PM me if you'd like to meet up.

Sorry to hear for your mishap XJ&TJ4ME. I hope you did get some Venison out of it. The guy with the Audi sounded like a Moron.
