just had to share this email I received....names have been removed to protect the innocent

your program will not allow me to register. my user name and password are not accepted. there is no one to call to find out why. several years ago i joined naxja. i attempted to pay my dues the second year. i had a very computer savy person to try to do this for me with no success. again, there was no one to call so my membership lapsed. this upset me to the core. my xj and myself are famous at superlift orv park in hot springs, ar. i have the sole distinction of visiting this orv park more than anyone alive. the jeep cherokee is and should be the vehicle of choice. i can drive with the best. i can fabricate, engineer, design, install, repair and modify anything concerned with this vehicle. i have been a trail guide for several groups who belonged to naxja. (before i was not allowed to pay to reregister) i was introduced to this sport at the age of 61. i am now 66. i have put any and all other hobies on the back burner. if you want me in your organization pleast tell me how

Interesting.

Randy, can you forward that email to me, please? If there's something going on in the back end, I should probably chase it down.

Damn that's a RRC guy, hook him up with MEMBERSHIP please, and point him to the RRC.

I think that's the guy BOB, Les, Ramsey, and I met down there. Nice old guy, knew the trails very well, and a well built XJ.

Weighed the XJ today at the grain silos. With me, the toolbox and about 1/2 tank of gas it weighed 4780 lbs. Less than I guessed, I'll weigh it again once I'd loaded up for WF and see how much it changes.

Oh I have met him, he mentioned that he was a naxja member, but wasn't on the forums much.

IIRC he had his grandson diving that XJ
he was about 14 - 15 years old.

That guy is very nice. The kid he was letting drive his Jeep that day, was a local kid that was having some problems (I know there is a PC name for it but damn if I know the current one ...). I was really impressed with his using his hobby to help this kid.

Les

Edit: Well Bob ... one of us is correct about the kid ... or we're both full of shit! ;)
