OK.....not generally a fan...

BUT

Christina Aguileras' new song/video Candyman has got me.

To bad nothing else on the album is notable.

Rev
I'd bang her.

glad too see you'll be in moab for 08 as well rev. It should be fun.

Unfortunately the wife wants to go in the spring, so I may miss the NAXJA events, but I may catch EJS.

Dude, you *SERIOUSLY* need to talk to da wife. Having done Fall Fling 2001 through 2004, it is the perfect time of year, and the right crowd of people to run Moab with.

I'd be slightly more like to remove my spleen with a rusty garden spade than go to Moab during EJS. Too many people. Actually, way too many idiots from what I've read over the years.

does anybody (that is going to Meatfest) have any diamondplate?
I am looking for about 2' x 4'

thanks

BOB

I should fit right in!
the wife wants to go in the spring, so she can see the nature.
I'm trying to talk her into fall fling.
If we go during EJS probably won't see many trails, more like driving to places and camping.
Not interested in breaking my shit anyway, not gonna have a trailer.

vehicle performance says it all. Glad you shutup the haters.
don't know why jeep guys have to hate yota guys, if I didn't wheel a Jeep I'd wheel a yota.

:twak:

I am *NOT a happy camper.

Had some major power issues at the office on Thursday (lost one leg of incoming power 6 times between 4:00 and 11:00 AM.) And there's STILL more fallout. Lost 3 A/C chillers at 10:00 PM last night, the Unix corner of the data center hit 95+ degrees. I headed for the office at 10:30 last night until 4:00 AM, and headed back here at 8:00 AM when the A/C parts arrived.

Damn good thing I got beer in me last night, and coffee in me this morning, or I'd be thoroughly miserable to deal with (as opposed to just miserable to deal with.)

where you work at Jeff?
sounds like maximum suckage, and servers don't generally like 100 degree heat.

Let's just say....... that every time you eat Doritos, Cheetos or any of that type of cheesy snack..... you line my pockets. Here's another clue: the only nationwide butter distribution firm.

What kind of nature is she looking for that you can see in the spring that wont be in Moab in Oct? I think she should investigate that a little more before she makes that decision.

gotcha.
data protection center I take it?

lots of fun there.
While we do have a disaster hotsite, that's in Atlanta. This is all happening at the HQ outside of St. Paul, MN.

The call to DR did not take place because local repairs happened much faster than a DR activation. A full DR activation takes around 3 days.

Well from what I've seen, all of the nature goes away after the fourth of July.
In the spring time it is like a lush tropical forest, but by mid August there is nothing left but sand and rocks and a few scrub bushes.

Unless it's like last October, and it looks more like Hawaii

And as far as breaking shit, only the extreme trails and a few obstacles(often optional) require any craziness. For the most part, the traction is so good, you can just crawl over everything.

I believe it was in 2000 when we towed our camper to the west coast, and on the way home did most of the Rubicon, and several fun trails in Moab including Poison Spider Mesa and Elephant Hill. 31s, 4.10s with a freshly rebuilt Track-Lock in the D35.

I'll agree with that. Everything I broke there was either already a problem when I arrived or from my own stupid driving.
