Important

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. After a good meal and a bottle of wine, they lay down for the night, and went to sleep. Some hours later, Holmes awoke and nudged his faithful friend. "Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see." Watson replied, "I see millions and millions of stars." "What does that tell you?" Holmes asked. Watson pondered for a minute. "Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. Horologically, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, I can see that God is all-powerful and that we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, I suspect that we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you?" Holmes was silent for a minute, then spoke. "Watson, you idiot. Somebody has stolen our tent!"

My garage door guy came over, replaced the cables, adjusted the door and the spring, making the door work better than ever.

Charged me $30. I gave him $40. Well worth it to me.

good deal even with the extra 10 its a hell of a lot cheaper than a service guy would have charged you

And never light a camp stove in one either....

The heat would be in-tents.

I went and looked at the truck camper that the guy from my parents church has forsale...its all i could hope for...except its 10 ft long...its got plenty of room tho...and a/c.

gonna borrow it for a camping trip in june (just camping, no jeeps, no buggies, just camping) and when I do i'll see if it will work with my bumper pull (ie enough room under the overhang to get the trailer hitched...i can't do extensions...

mac 'i would've bought it today if it was 8ft' gyvr

PAT and Gene were able to get the big sleezy in and the trailer hooked up, they had to modify the trailer to clear but it worked.

I think the big sleezy was 2' longer than the bed of Gene's truck.

my concern is that i dont want to have to modify a trailer to make it work. my trailer boxes may be in the way too...

the campers i'm looking at are 1/3 lighter than the big sleezy

mac '2 foot is a lot...and it ain't just what she said' gyvr

Those that have done it. Where did you get that 4 link calculator excel program? I'm looking to run a three link though.

Yes, that's kind of a hint as to what's gonna happen for the XJ.

I've always gotten the 3/4 link calculators from that thread.

Good luck. It seems like a lot of people get frustrated by it, you have a lot of constraints with available frame locations to mount links, etc. Hope you come up with something cool. :greensmok

Had my Wisconsin Benchmark I interview today... Hopefully in a few days I'll know if I've been officially accepted into the School of Education... 1.5yrs left...

Thanks! Ill use it as a learning experience i guess, hope my engineering schooling helps me understand how stuff works.

I do have a few constraints, as in keeping my floor. We'll see how the calc works out.

Didn't know you were in education, what do you want to teach?

Technology Education, Middle or High school levels... Or at the vocational level with an emphasis transportation (essentially I might be able to get a job at the tech college I got my Automotive Tech diploma...)

Rock on! that career path crossed my mind back when my tech ed teachers seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs.
